What do you like best about your job?
I like to problem solve issues. I also like to help patients deal with their insurances and try to answer their questions without it being too confusing. It can be frustrating at times but I do like trying to make some sense of insurance. It also helps to have great co-workers, which I do, and I feel like we work well together as a team.

About your family:
I have been married for 33 years. Donnie (my husband) and I are originally from Oklahoma. His job brought us to Colorado 12 years ago. We have loved every minute. It is like being on vacation. There is so much to do and the scenery is beautiful. We have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. Everyday can be an adventure.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Donne and I enjoy going to sporting events. I do like to create flower arrangements and bake. I find it very relaxing. I would like to invent something that people could just not live without. I also like to just sit on the back deck and do nothing!
